Does ddibox work with Plesk?

Yes. The billing platform can create Plesk customers and subscriptions, suspend or reactivate accounts, change plans and passwords, terminate services, and synchronize usage.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. Keep the domain at its current registrar and point its DNS to your hosting, or transfer it when domain transfer is available in the store.
